How to Automatically Find Local Leads with SubSync's Find Leads Tool

One of the biggest struggles for home service businesses is finding enough leads to reach out to. SubSync has completely solved this problem with our "Find Leads" tool.

In this article, we will show you exactly how to automatically generate local leads using SubSync. Simply follow the steps below.

Get Targeted Local Leads with SubSync

Here's how to automatically find local leads with SubSync's "Find Leads" tool in just a few clicks:

1. Log Into Subsync and Navigate to the Find Leads Tool

Once you have logged into the SubSync dashboard, hover your mouse cursor over Find Leads in the left sidebar.

From the menu that pops up, choose Find New Leads.

2. Enter The Location You Want to Generate Leads for 

In the search box that appears, enter the location you want to search for leads in and click Search. For example, we want to find local leads in "Long Beach California."

3. Navigate to the Area Where you want to Generate Leads 

You can scroll to zoom in or out on the map. If you drag the map, you can move around the map until you are overlooking the area you want to generate leads for.

4. Highlight the Area you want To Generate Leads for 

You now have an option to draw a square, circle, or other shapes around the area you want targeted leads for. We will select the rectangle tool from the toolbar at the top of the map.

Now, when you draw on the map, a green square will select the area you want to generate leads for. In the example below, we highlighted the Willmore area.

Once you let go of the mouse after drawing the square, SubSync will generate a list of leads for you.

Click Next and you will see the following options:

• Send a Message (Email, video email, text, ringless voicemail, direct mail, or a gift):  This allows you to immediately contact your list of leads.

• Add to a Campaign: This allows you to add your leads to a multi-step lead nurturing campaign.

• Create a List: This will return your list of 300 leads.

In this example, we will choose Create a List. Click Next.

Enter a list title in the box that appears (e.g. "Roofing Leads"), then click Next.

After clicking next, you will return to the map view.

5. Navigate to your List of Targeted Leads

Hover over Find Leads in the left sidebar again and select My Lists.

You will find your generated leads list here. Click View beside the roofing leads list we just created.

You will now see a list of leads that includes the following information:

• Address

• Name 

• Email

• Phone Number

• Estimated Income Level

• Credit Score

• Year Their House Was Built

• Estimated Home Value

• If Their House Has a Pool

6. Select the Leads You Want to Contact

Tick the box beside the leads you want to contact or tick the box in the header to select all of the leads.

If you click on the Actions dropdown in the top right corner of the list, you will be given the following options:

Add Contacts to the CRM: This will allow you to track how you have communicated with each lead 

Create a Power Dialer List: This allows you to line up all of the leads and call them one after another without needing to manually enter each number. The power dialer also displays a sales script and allows you to set a delay between each call.

Skiptrace: Fills in missing data. For example, if a phone number is missing on a lead, you can try and fill it in using the skiptrace feature.

Export Contacts: This will download the contacts to a .csv file that you can upload to a spreadsheet software like Google Sheets or Excel.

For this example, we will click Export Contacts. Your list should be downloaded as a .csv file.

You will now have a detailed spreadsheet of your leads. Here's an example of what your columns might look like:
