How to Generate Leads Using AI
AI can help you find people who might be interested in your products or services by analyzing data and making predictions.
There are many AI tools out there, but the key is to find one that’s easy to use. We recommend using SubSync.

Here's how to generate leads using SubSync:
1. Access SubSync and Open the Find Leads Tool
After logging into your SubSync account, move your mouse cursor over the Find Leads option in the left sidebar.
In the menu that appears, select Find New Leads.
2. Enter the Location You Want to Generate Leads for
SubSync will use AI to generate targeted leads from the map based on the location you entered.
In the search box that appears, type in the location where you want to find leads, then click Search. For instance, you might want to find leads in "Austin, Texas."
3. Select Your Target Area
Use the scroll feature to zoom in or out on the map. You can also drag the map to move it around until you find the specific area where you want to generate leads.
4. Highlight the Location You Want to Generate Leads for
You can choose to draw a shape, such as a square or circle, around the area where you want targeted leads. We'll use the rectangle tool from the toolbar at the top of the map.
Now, when you draw on the map, a green square will select the area you want to generate leads for. In the example below, we highlighted the Downtown Austin area.
Once you let go of the mouse after drawing the square, SubSync will generate a list of leads for you using AI.
Click Next, and you'll see the following options:
Send a Message (Email, text, phone call or physical mail): This option lets you immediately contact your list of leads.
Add to a Campaign: This allows you to add your leads to a multi-step lead nurturing campaign.
Create a List: This option provides you with a list of 300 leads.
For this example, we'll choose Create a List. Click Next.
Type a name for your list in the box that appears (e.g., "Roofing Leads"), and then click Next.
You will return to the map view.
5. Go to Your List of Targeted Leads
Hover over the Find Leads option in the left sidebar again, and select My Lists.
Your generated leads list should appear here. Click View next to the roofing leads list we just created.
You will now see a list of leads that includes the following details:
Address
Name
Email
Phone Number
Estimated Income Level
6. Select the Leads You Want to Contact
Check the box next to the leads you want to contact, or select the box at the top to choose all the leads.
If you click on the Actions dropdown in the top right corner of the list, you will be given the following options:
Add Contacts to the CRM: This will allow you to track how you have communicated with each lead
Create a Power Dialer List: This allows you to line up all of the leads and call them one after another without needing to manually enter each number. The power dialer also displays a sales script and allows you to set a delay between each call.
Skiptrace: Fills in missing data. For example, if a phone number is missing on a lead, you can try and fill it in using the skiptrace feature.
Export Contacts: This will download the contacts to a .csv file that you can upload to a spreadsheet software like Google Sheets or Excel.
For this example, we will click Export Contacts. Your list should be downloaded as a .csv file.
You will now have a detailed spreadsheet of your leads. Here's an example of what your columns might look like:
